Clashes north of Aleppo kill 120 Syrian regime, rebel fighters- monitor
Feb 05, – The Britain-based monitor said rebels had regained control of more than half of the town of Ratyan in the fierce clashes, leaving about 60 opposition fighters and 60 regime forces dead.
More than 120 members of Syrian regime forces and rebels were killed Friday in heavy fighting for a town north of Aleppo city, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.
